In November of 2007, Lumina will be hosting a retreat day for couples who have aborted due to a poor prenatal diagnosis.
Over the past few years, I have received more and more calls from couples who had to make that heart wrenching decision. Many times, they have revealed how the medical community made them feel guilty if they did not want to abort.
An article in Marie Claire speaks to this issue...this woman believes she did the right thing. The ones who call us do not believe that, they say they should have allowed their children to be born and loved for however short a time. Hopefully some of them will respond to this article too...
