In a post titled , "Steven Tyler’s Teenage Girlfriend Tells Her Side Of The Abortion Story", Jezebel states, "I don't come away from this story thinking that abortion should be illegal because Holcomb had a tragic experience with a very bad partner. I come away from it thinking that this is actually a discussion about sexual exploitation, bad parenting, reproductive coercion, possibly a terrible provider."
Talk about blaming it all on anything but the abortion itself, and the fact that a 5 month old in utero baby was killed! No that would not be the tragedy...no real surprise here from a post that had a title "RoevWorld". I guess that about says it all...the protection of Roe v wade in spite of how many babies die or how many women are hurt or get physically and emotionally damaged, heck, even killed. Nothing is more important to this gang than keeping RvW legal.
These people are not even educated about abortion. When speaking about the kind of abortion Julia had and their experience, Jezebel states:
"We're checking with medical sources about whether this could have taken place as described; it sounds highly irregular, but it's possible that Holcomb saw a bad or unregulated provider."
No Jezebel, it was not a bad or unregluated provider. My experience was much like Julias. A saline abortion in a reputable hospital. It definitely could have happened as described. I too was injected with saline and my unborn thrashed around inside of me until he died. No one told me his development or anything about the procedure I was about to undergo. I am sure it was probably the same for Julia. I was a coerced teen in a hospital room alone undergoing the worse experience of my life.
In the end ,the folks at Jezebel seem to be man haters, and the right to control what they term their reproductive health seems to be one of the ways they have power over men. It is all pretty sad.
I actually feel sorrier for them than I do Julia or myself.
