There is so much going on in the world today it is hard at times not to worry. We are bombarded with terrible news everyday that often make us feel there is no hope.
As someone post abortive, many of the things we hear are constant reminders of our abortions, especially when abortion is such a hot topic. This can bring up fears and feelings of unforgiveness, guilt, shame and anger.
